Leather sustainability<\/h2>\n

Genuine natural leather<\/strong>, in addition to being an extremely luxurious product, has certain characteristics that make it a highly sustainable material<\/strong>, especially when compared to alternative materials which, to those who study the subject, appear to be significantly less sustainable<\/strong> than genuine leather.<\/p>\n

Such alternative materials are in fact derived in whole or in part from the hydrocarbons of plastic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In addition to being less environmentally sustainable, these alternative materials have a shorter life and therefore need to be disposed of more quickly<\/strong>. See the attached scientific publication<\/strong> for the detailed analysis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
